The Work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, incidentals, and equipment necessary for the NMWD HQ RW EXTENSION FROM REDWOOD BLVD. The Bidder shall be required to provide, at its own cost and expense, all necessary insurance, as required by law or these specifications, and shall pay the cost and expense of any and all incidental matters herein required.

The Work includes but is not limited to: 1. Erosion Control 2. Clearing and Grading 3. Construction of a concrete and wood framed structure (~ 600 SF) 4. Providing power from the main switchgear 5. Furnishing, installing and commissioning pump equipment and controls 6. Furnishing, installing and commissioning water utilities along Bahia Drive 7. Furnishing, installing and commissioning telemetry equipment 8. Site Drainage

Work consists of but is not limited to excavation and grading of existing side slopes of the Treatment and Storage Ponds; installation of stabilization geotextile fabric, placement of rip rap slope protection and miscellaneous pipe removal and replacement and valve installation. The Project is partially funded from a grant under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) administered via the California Office of Emergency Services.

Rehabilitation of our existing well using the methods outlined in this proposal. Installation of a new pump, motor and discharge assembly. Camera survey before & after. Test pumping. Furnishing, installing and commissioning pump equipment and controls.
